UPDATE:

Cheers to another successful Pelmeni fundraiser! 

We raised over $10,000 in donations towards replacing our boiler system.   We have met our newly revised contractor’s estimate of approximately $19,500 with additional donations from other parishioners and friends of Our Lady of Kazan.   The original $35,000 estimate was revised down after we consulted advice from our architect, Paul Tiajoloff, and a professional engineer and conducted a competitive search with a number of contractor bids.  We selected a boiler contractor who came highly recommended from a parishioner who had used him for his business offices as well as home.   Our contactor is currently replacing the boiler and expects to fully complete the installation in time for the Nativity Holiday.
